Start your day early with a 6:00am pick-up from Jungle Paradise Hotel, where you’ll enjoy a tea or coffee before departure and given a packed breakfast to take with you. The journey takes approximately two hours to the southern entrance of Sinharaja Rainforest near Deniyaya, one of Sri Lanka’s most biodiverse national parks. From there, an experienced local guide will lead you on a four-hour guided walk through the rainforest, offering insight into its unique wildlife, flora, and ecosystems. After the walk, you’ll have the opportunity to swim at a waterfall and enjoy lunch at a nearby restaurant, before beginning your return to Jungle Paradise.
